PETRONAIM’s Asset Integrity & Turnaround team supports operators in planning, executing and closing out inspection, repair and brownfield scopes – both during major shutdowns and on-stream campaigns.

How we run integrity & turnaround campaigns

01 DEFINE & PRIORITISE

Consolidate inspection findings, historical data and regulatory requirements. Build a risk-based worklist that separates must-do items from nice-to-have scopes, aligned with shutdown windows.

02 PLAN WINDOWS & WORKPACKS

Develop detailed workpacks, access strategy, isolation plans and multi-discipline sequencing – including scaffolding, insulation, lifting and SIMOPS constraints.

03 EXECUTE & CONTROL RISK

Supervise field execution, verify critical controls, manage daily permits and coordinate interfaces so repairs, tie-ins and inspections are completed safely within agreed windows.

04 CLOSE-OUT & IMPROVE

Finalise documentation, update as-builts, close punch lists and capture lessons learned – feeding improvements into the next integrity or TA cycle.
