PETRONAIM’s Logistics & Coordination function keeps the physical flow of materials, equipment and people aligned with project realities – from yard to quayside to site.

We sit in the middle of yards, warehouses, transporters, marine spreads and site teams so that what is needed, arrives where it should, in the condition and sequence required.

  • Loadout planning, deck layout coordination and cargo manifest control.

How we coordinate logistics on a campaign

01 BRIEF & MAP THE FLOW

Understand scope, locations, routes and constraints. Map the end-to-end flow from vendor / yard to site, including bottlenecks, cut-off times and marine / shutdown windows.

02 PLAN & STAGE

Build materials lists, group shipments and prepare staging plans. Align with yards, warehouses and transporters so critical items are identified, labelled and ready before movement.

03 EXECUTE & TRACK

Coordinate day-to-day movements: yard to port, loadout to vessel, vessel to site – keeping simple trackers so client teams know what has moved, what is in transit and what is pending.

04 CLOSE-OUT & IMPROVE

Reconcile manifests, backloads and residual materials. Capture issues, delays and lessons learned to refine future logistics plans and reduce non-productive time (NPT).
