What this service covers

PETRONAIM’s Marine & Offshore Services team coordinates the moving parts that keep offshore campaigns running – vessels, ports, people and cargo – so the client can focus on production and critical path activities.

We work alongside operator marine departments, logistics providers and fabrication yards to plan and execute safe, efficient movements that respect weather windows, SIMOPS and port constraints.

  • Marine spread planning for campaigns, projects and shutdowns.
  • Vessel selection, scheduling and interface with marine/port authorities.
  • Quayside coordination, loadout planning and cargo sequencing.
  • Offshore logistics support for crew, materials and critical spares.
  • Alignment with operator marine, HSE and SIMOPS requirements.

How a typical engagement flows

01 Plan the marine spread

Translate campaign / project scope into a marine strategy – vessel types, numbers, sailing patterns, weather assumptions and lay-by requirements, aligned with client procedures.

02 Coordinate ports & loadouts

Lock in quayside slots, cranes and yard space. Develop loadout plans, lifting sequences and cargo manifests so vessels arrive and sail on time with the right deck configuration.

03 Execute offshore logistics

Manage day-to-day marine movements – crew changes, supply runs, backload of materials and waste – while monitoring weather, SIMOPS and any field restrictions in real time.

04 Close-out & optimise

Demobilise vessels, reconcile cargo and utilisation, capture lessons learned and optimisation opportunities to improve marine efficiency for the next campaign.
