How a typical engagement flows

01 DEFINE

Review scope, constraints, existing design and schedules. Identify constructability risks early and agree success criteria with the client team.

02 PLAN

Develop workpacks, manpower plan, access strategy and SIMOPS requirements including interfaces with marine, HSE and other contractors.

03 EXECUTE

Deploy field teams, supervise execution, coordinate with marine/logistics and manage site changes while maintaining HSE discipline.

04 CLOSE OUT

Punch-list management, documentation, as-builts and lessons learned captured for future campaigns and continuous improvement.
