How we build and manage workforce pools

01 TALENT MAPPING & LOCAL CONTENT PLANNING

Define position requirements, rotation patterns and competency needs while establishing clear local-content targets aligned with operator expectations.

02 SOURCING, SCREENING & VERIFICATION

Priority is given to qualified Malaysian candidates. We verify experience logs, certifications (BOSIET/FOET, OGSP, trade tests), medicals and operator-specific compliance before shortlisting.

03 MOBILISATION & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Full mobilisation support including travel, logistics, seafarer documents, payroll, briefing and pre-deployment alignment so local crews perform at operator-grade standards from Day 1.

04 DEVELOPMENT OF MALAYSIAN TALENT
